What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (education, STEM, or related field preferred)
- Strong subject-matter knowledge in at least one core academic area
- Patient, encouraging communication style with students of all learning levels
- Reliable transportation within Baltimore County or Harford County
- Ability to pass a background check
- Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus — but not required
